Return Policy

14 day replacement or refund guarantee if item is at fault no matter where you are in Australia.

If you find you have any fault with your laptop within 14 days of recieving your purchase please contact us immediately on 08 9536 8500 or submit the information at the bottom of this page.

When we recieve your information it is emailed to the manufacturer where you will be emailed back instructions to fill out to so that it can be processed as a faulty product return.

All returns that are faulty are assigned an RA number and will be picked up from your nomintated address in Australia and brought back free of charge to the laptop manufacturer's service centre in Australia.

If the fault is within the manufacturer's guidelines we will have a replacement sent to you by free insured delivery or a refund given if you prefer not to accept a replacement.

Please check your laptop before you load any personal software. A replacement will not be done if we find out that the fault is software related not from the original software that was pre-installed on your machine (full charges including delivery may occur).

We are not obliged to accept returns or offer a credit for WRONG CHOICE.

We will NOT accept returns for openend software purchase, the software is a licensed product and when you open the packaging you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the license.
